Terms of Service

These terms describe use of GardenHosting and its administrator companion. Review them before creating an account or using hosting. Questions and service requests: noreply@hosting.soliman.cfd.

Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate account information, verify your email and protect your password and sessions. You must be at least 13 and have any permission needed from a parent or guardian; paid purchases require authority to make the payment. Do not impersonate others, share administrator access, bypass limits or create multiple accounts to evade free-plan restrictions.

Hosting and availability

Current hosting supports static website files, not full virtual machines, SSH access, server-side programs or managed databases. The initial server accepts at most four non-deleted plots in total, subject to memory capacity. Creating an account does not reserve a plot. Plan limits and available resources are shown in the service and may limit creation, uploads or traffic.

Each account can reserve one free 512 MB plot. Free plots require manual renewal every 10 days and can sleep after an hour without visits. An expired plot stops serving until successfully renewed and restarted. Early renewal resets the deadline to 10 days from renewal; it does not bank unused days. Free hosting has no uptime or permanent-storage guarantee. Keep your own off-site copy of every website and ZIP.

Your content and custom domains

You retain your rights to your content and authorize us and our infrastructure providers to store, copy and serve it to operate hosting. You are responsible for rights, accuracy, security, public disclosure and your visitors' privacy requirements. Do not upload passwords, private keys, personal documents or other confidential data to a public website.

Only attach domains you control. DNS ownership verification must remain in place. We may stop serving a domain that fails ownership checks. Automatic HTTPS depends on correct DNS, reachable ports and the certificate authority's rules and limits; issuance or renewal is not guaranteed at a specific time. Disconnecting a domain does not remove previously published certificate records.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for phishing, malware, credential theft, spam, unlawful material, exploitation, harassment, denial-of-service, cryptomining, unauthorized scanning or infringement of others' rights. Do not attempt to escape a container, access other accounts, probe internal infrastructure or interfere with security, advertising or payment systems. We may rate-limit, suspend or remove content or accounts to address abuse, security threats, resource limits or applicable requirements, and may provide notice where practical.

Seeds, subscriptions and payments

Seeds are non-transferable hosting credits with no cash redemption value. Sprout purchases add 240 Seeds for USD $5; Grove purchases add 600 Seeds for USD $10. Monthly subscriptions add the selected credits after successful monthly payment. Hosting renewal spends Seeds separately; purchasing a subscription does not guarantee an available plot. Automatic paid hosting renewal must be explicitly enabled. Review the amount, currency, billing interval and any applicable taxes shown at checkout before paying.

Subscriptions renew until canceled through the billing portal. The portal shows the cancellation timing; cancellation normally takes effect at the paid billing period's end. Failed payments do not grant new credits. Refunds and disputes can reverse related credits and suspend workloads when the resulting balance is negative. For purchase problems or refund requests, contact us with your account email and payment reference. Refund eligibility depends on the transaction, service provided and applicable rights; these terms do not exclude mandatory consumer remedies. Test-mode checkouts are simulations and do not create real charges or earnings.

Advertising

When configured, limited display advertising may help fund free hosting. There are no rewarded-ad renewal requirements or required ad clicks. Optional advertising follows the controls described in the Privacy Policy. Free hosting availability does not depend on a promise that advertising revenue covers its cost.

Responsibility, termination and changes

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, recovery of lost files, a particular search ranking or suitability for critical workloads. You remain responsible for your own backups. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by outages or lost content. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using the service, delete plots and request account deletion. Cancel active subscriptions separately in the billing portal before closing your account. We may change plans, limits and these terms as the service develops, with notice for material changes where practical. The updated terms will show a new effective date; changes do not remove rights already required by applicable law.
